    This Site is owned and operated by Weleda Egypt, officially represented by Atos for Production of Medicinal Herbs, with its principal place of business at 3 Cairo, Belbeis Desert Road, El Salam City, Cairo, Egypt. These terms and conditions include general terms for use of the Site, terms related to the Services, and terms regarding the sale and purchase of Products on the Site. Please review these terms carefully, as your use of the Site and Services, as well as any purchase of Products, is subject to these terms.

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    To make a purchase through the Site or use the services/features available, you will be asked to register. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your name, phone number, and email address. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When placing an order, you will also be required to provide valid and correct payment details.

  3. PRICING POLICY
    We take great care to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices of Products on this Site are correct at the time of publication. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Products or the prices as advertised. All prices are displayed including VAT and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order will include the price of the Products, VAT, and any applicable delivery charges, as indicated during the checkout process.

  4. AVAILABILITY
    All Products are subject to availability. Prices listed on our Site remain valid as long as the Products are available or as otherwise stated. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.

    • Provide your delivery address, billing address, and payment details.

  6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
    After receiving your order, we will send an email to acknowledge receipt and provide an order number. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email, which finalizes the contract between us.

  7. DELIVERY
    We currently deliver only within Egypt. Delivery timelines are indicative and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. Delivery costs and options will be provided during the checkout process.

  8. PAYMENT
    Payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard or Cash on Delivery. Your payment will be processed when you place your order. We retain legal ownership of the Products until full payment is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

  9. YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at info@weledaegypt.com. You must include your order number for reference. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are in their original packaging.

  10. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
    All sale and promotional items are subject to availability. Sale prices are valid for a limited time, and sale items may take longer to arrive due to high demand.

  11. LIABILITY
    We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We supply Products for personal, non-commercial use, and are not liable for business losses or indirect damages.
