Refund policy

All our products are genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturer. Before shipping, we conduct multiple quality checks to ensure the highest standards.

For hygiene reasons, Weleda Egypt is unable to offer returns or replacements for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection laws, Weleda Egypt allows returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. You may request a return or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your order under these circumstances.

For products that remain in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging, you can also request a return or exchange within 14 working days. However, please note that returns for non-defective products will only be accepted if they meet our terms and conditions.

Refunds for card payment orders will be processed only if the return request aligns with Weleda Egypt's terms and conditions. Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, vouchers, or replacements rather than direct cash refunds, depending on the situation.

Returns Process:

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:

Step 1: Email our Customer Service team at info@weledaegypt.com or reach out via Weleda Egypt's Instagram or Facebook within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Provide your email, order number, and an image/video of the product for our reference.

Step 3: Based on our policy, we will arrange for our courier to collect the faulty items within 2-7 working days. We will then issue a credit note, voucher, or replacement once the products are received in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

In accordance with Egyptian regulations, defective or damaged products will be reviewed and handled promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
